ITS THE END OF THE MONTH

How have you been taking care of your hair, what new product did you try out? Please share your reviews in the comment box below.

It is wash-day for most of us & last week i posted a few DIY deep conditioners you can try, hope it worked for you ??

Will drop some basic tips on CO-WASHING & next week, we will discuss fully about it, so here are the most frequently asked questions (answers to my own understanding)

What is Co-washing?
Co-washing is a short term for 'conditioner-only washing', which simply means avoiding the use of shampoo during washing & relying solely on conditioner whether you are a weekly washer or a daily washer. The result of doing conditioner only gives your hair a squeaky clean & second day hair that is softer, smoother & easy to manage.

How often should you co-wash?
Your personal co-washing routine depends on you, your hair and how it benefits from this treatment, so if your hair becomes too soft, oily or moisture-overload, you should reduce the frequency of your co-washing. Hence, study what works for your hair, if it works for your little one, it may not work for you.

How do one Co-wash?
Personally, i like to separate & detangle my hair first using Olive-oil or Coconut oil(finger detangling), then divide hair into four sections, apply Co-wash product on finger tips & working through my scalp while gently massaging product through hair, from roots to mid-length then to the ends for 3-5 minutes focusing on new growth, rinse out & style as usual.
