Virtually all naturalist are talking about it, bloggers, Instagram and so much videos out there on YouTube all talking about the inversion method of growing an of of hair in a week....WOW
So what is this inversion method and how does it work, you ask me?
Based on articles videos and other research i have made, truly you may be able to grow an inch of hair in one week, find out more in this article.
What is the Inversion method?
This a simple way of turning your head upside down for 4 minutes a day for 7 consecutive days in a month coupled with scalp massages with any oil of your choice (coconut, olive, castor or almond oil)
How it works
By simply massaging your scalp and turning your head upside down, nutrients rushes to the head and scalp, hence. providing an ideal environment for blood circulation which then tricks the body into thinking that there is abundance of nutrients & as a result there is an increase in hair growth.
How to begin
- Take a tape or ruler to measure your hair length, write it down & take a picture for reference.
- Then heat up your favorite oil in a microwave, then apply to your scalp & massage gently but thoroughly making sure to get the entire scalp.
- Invert yourself in a way you find most comfortable either by standing with your head to your knees, an upside down yoga pose or just sit or lay on your bed with your head upside down.
Yes, there are possible side effects such as;
- Dizziness though not common
- Head rush which is not a problem unless you are ill or pregnant (DO NOT TRY THIS IF YOU ARE PREGGY)
- Scalp build-up from the oils used which could result in itching.
